What is NOVA MUN ?
By being exposed to prestigious MUNs, our staff sees many significant ways how we can improve MUN organization and strengthen the community in Kazakhstan. By arranging our first MUN, we wish to share our vision for MUN and increase its standard in the country.
Model United Nations is such a powerful tool for getting to know global issues that impact many countries at once, to know diverse countries and cultures (even the ones we haven’t heard of), to know fellow delegates coming from different places and backgrounds. MUN isn’t only for future diplomats, but rather for anyone who wants to be a part of a valuable discussion and see how international decision-making takes place.
NOVA is excited to kick off its first Model United Nations in the beautiful city of Almaty and it welcomes all middle- and high-school students from Kazakhstan! We will have six exceptional committees, three days of productive discussions and great time together. We thank our partners UNESCO Club SDU, alumni of our programs and ___ [venue name] for working with us and making this conference real. Looking forward to meeting you all, dear delegates!
