Rauza Sailaukhanova
Secretary-General
Rauza Sailaukhanova is a MUN teacher at NOVA Education - she loves her job and is super enthusiastic about the upcoming NOVA MUN conference. Rauza has her bachelor's degree in social sciences with focus on International Relations. By chance, she started to teach and currently teaches both English language and international relations. She believes that the biggest value is people around. 
Rauza is the Secretary-General of the upcoming conference and holistically responsible for its organization. She hopes that this event will be transformative for all people involved, especially delegates. The whole team including her is doing their best to make this MUN one-of-a-kind by integrating some things from international prestigious MUNs.

Aldiyar Mirzabayev
Under-Secretary-General for Media
Aldiyar Mirzabayev works at NOVA Education, focusing on marketing, content, and the promotion of international educational programs. Before joining NOVA, he served as President of SDU University, worked with the UNESCO Club on MUN-related projects, and managed content for various educational initiatives. He also served as a Student Ombudsman of the Almaty Region. Aldiyar is passionate about marketing, international education, and youth development. His mission is to be useful to society by helping students discover new opportunities and reach their potential.

Almaz Zhumageldi
Under-Secretary-General for Operations
Almaz Zhumageldi coordinates Academic Programs  and International Olympiads at Nova Education. He has organized more than 50 academic trips abroad, enabling over 600 students to broaden their educational horizons through international experiences. Last year, he oversaw participation in five international Model United Nations conferences, bringing more than 90 students to engage in diplomatic debate and collaborative problem-solving in a global setting.
His professional background includes teaching Academic English and Intercultural Communication at SDU University and working at Coventry University Kazakhstan. During the pandemic, he supported distance learning and teacher professional development, and his work has also included organizing overseas professional training for education leaders. Today, Almaz continues to expand international academic opportunities, helping school students strengthen their academic profiles through university visits and study programs around the world.

Adelya Khassanova
Under-Secretary-General for Event Program
Adelya has been working at Nova Academy for three years, building strong and trusting relationships with students and parents throughout their preparation for international trips. Her work is centered around clear communication, attention to detail, student safety, and ensuring that parents feel confident and informed at every step.
For Adelya, trust and communication are essential to both personal and organizational reputation. She believes that professionalism means staying calm, precise, and effective even in challenging or unexpected situations.
She hopes to inspire these qualities in every student and team member. Adelya is confident that this MUN will be a great success, as the students continue to grow, learn, and achieve outstanding results step by step.

Tabiya Makhambetzhan
Under-Secretary-Generals for Public Relations
Tabiya Makhambetzhan is a graduate of SDU University with a bachelor’s degree in Translation Studies. She is a Manager at Nova Academy, where she coordinates communication between students, parents, and international partners across different parts of the world. Her work requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and professionalism, especially when navigating unexpected challenges.
Tabiya believes that communication has the power to address challenges, connect people, and create new possibilities. She is passionate about understanding different perspectives and finding respectful, inclusive, and effective ways to communicate meaningful ideas.
As the Under-Secretary-General for Public Relations, she hopes to create a space where ideas are heard and meaningful connections are built. She is confident that the intelligence, strength, and potential of the delegates will make this conference truly unforgettable.

Aigerim Serikbayeva
Under-Secretary-General for Event Program
Aigerim Serikbayeva works at NOVA Education as an Olympiad Coordinator and serves as the Under-Secretary-General for Event Program at the upcoming NOVA MUN conference. Her journey with MUN began through teaching Global Perspectives and Project Work at school, where she discovered her passion for international affairs, critical thinking, and student development.
Aigerim was among the first to organize an International MUN conference in Kazakhstan, gaining valuable experience in creating meaningful and engaging educational events for students. She is passionate about creating opportunities for young people to explore their abilities, step outside their comfort zones, and discover their potential.
She believes that one of the most important roles of education is to help children unlock their potential and provide them with the support and opportunities they need to grow. As part of the NOVA MUN team, Aigerim hopes to contribute to an inspiring and memorable conference where every delegate can learn, challenge themselves, and leave with new experiences and confidence.

Sabina Abdrakhmanova
Director-General
Sabina Abdrakhmanova is a third-year International Relations student at SDU University from Shymkent, Kazakhstan. She has extensive MUN experience as a delegate, Chair, Co-Chair, and Expert, earning Best Delegate and Outstanding Delegate awards at conferences including SDU MUN and ALA MUN. She has also organised multiple MUN conferences, including International SDU MUN and external conferences.
Beyond MUN, Sabina is the Head of the UNESCO Club, an English teacher, and a UNICEF volunteer. She is excited to welcome delegates to Nova MUN and contribute to creating an inspiring, engaging, and unforgettable conference experience.
